About Me
As a Bodywork Specialist, my purpose is to help others with injury prevention and care through healing touch. My experience in the Chiropractic environment along with my extensive educational background provide me with a treasure box of tools and knowledge to help you achieve a pain free life. My degrees include Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic , Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Sciences from The University of Florida and I am a trained certified Professional Doula through Rocky Mountain Doula.
I where many hats. I am available as a labor and delivery Doula, ready to Coach and advocate for families. With a passion for animals, I also offer equine and canine bodywork. I have worked with horses and dogs for over 12 years assisting fur parents with animal injury prevention and care.
As a Bodywork specialist I offer my services to support you and your family anytime anywhere throughout your journey, whether it be achieving optimum health and fitness, pain management, or child birth; my goal is to guide you, educate you and provide you with a personalized bodywork experience.

Helping you through as natural a labor and child birth as you desire. As a labor and delivery coach I am able to help guide you through the pain management techniques for you to achieve your goals. *Pre-natal and post-partum bodywork available as additional service.

Bodywork
Injury prevention and care through healing touch.
Bodywork includes kinesiology taping, graston (scraping), myofascial release, deep tissue work, silicone cupping, neuromuscular stretching and laser light therapy. Treatments are costomed to your needs. Services can be 1 hr, 1.5 hr or 2 hr as requested.
